Singleton Designs, LLC is an entity founded on the culmination of Larry Singleton's diverse work experiences:  From 1) part time work for a local Architect in high school, to 2) a co-op college  education in manufacturing, 3) a successful career in convention and trade show management, 4) self employment as a residential designer/builder, 5) a post 2008/09 construction industry crash teacher of construction & architectural design, to 6) his current practice of residential design. 

I built my 1st treehouse when I was 8 years old and my 1st tiny home at age 66.

Our Mission

We want to offer Residential designs for a product and a process that disrupts the Residential Housing Industry in a way that makes homes more affordable, energy efficient, and attractive.​

Proof of Concept Built in 2025

Construction of our 763 Sq. Ft. 2BR, 2BA, +Loft & Storage model was completed in Talking Rock, GA. in July of 2025 It serves as a 'proof of concept' model home to showcase the unique appeal, and document the economical advantages of a BoxesBuilt home.

Construction of a 550 Sq. Ft. 2BR, 1.5BA model has been planned for Wedowee Alabama. The on-site builder is Habitat for Humanity and the off-site construction of the Boxes will be in the hands of a local Career Technical Education Center.
